In charge of overall duties associated with customer reception, sales, on-the-job training of staff members, management of job performance and other related matters. When the employment market was unstable due largely to the ‘Lehman’s collapse’ after graduating from university, I eventually joined JTC after looking around for employment in Japan in order to make the best use of my experience of studying abroad. In a year and a half after I joined JTC, I was able to pay off all of my school expenditures, subsequently met my wife on the job, finally marry her, start a family, and have a cute little daughter. JTC is currently operating with various departments such as product development, marketing, personnel management, auditing, sales, systems management and so forth, in addition to sales operations, while working together in unison, all thanks to the positive cooperation from all the departments concerned. I wish to aim for getting involved in particular fields that I have never experienced before.
